1. What Woodfit Is

Woodfit is a free maker-agnostic catalogue of wooden canine-conditioning equipment archetypes together with a parametric sizing calculator that takes your dog's measurements and returns dimensioned recommendations as a technical drawing.

The Service does not provide veterinary, rehabilitation, training, or medical advice. Results are informational only — they reflect a computational model derived from published canine biomechanics and conditioning research, not a guarantee of safety, effectiveness, or fit for your specific dog. You remain responsible for consulting a qualified professional who has physically examined your dog.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• • Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
• • You may not share your account or use automated scripts to interact with the Service beyond normal personal use.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

4. The Service Is Free

Woodfit is provided free of charge with no paid tier, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees. We reserve the right to change features or introduce pricing in the future, with advance notice to existing users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security or rate-limiting mechanism.
• • Scrape or redistribute the equipment catalogue, technical drawings, citations index, or sizing algorithm at scale for competing commercial purposes.
• • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including for purposes that would cause physical or psychological harm to an animal.
• • Probe or test the security of the Service or any connected infrastructure.

6. Your Data

• • You own your inputs. Measurements, clinical context, kits, and share links you create are yours. You grant House of Vargr a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service.
• • Share links are accessible to anyone who has the link and is signed in. Treat share URLs as semi-public; only send them to people you intend to share with.
• • On account deletion all your data is permanently removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided free of charge with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of planned disruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that sizing recommendations will be accurate for your specific dog or training context, or that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian law, House of Vargr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any equipment built from recommendations produced by the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed zero euros (€0).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
